As a CBL partner, you have access to CBL’s online tool to log and track your customers’ jobs which are individually identified by a unique Project ID number. Partners can access current updates on the status of any submitted jobs as well as review historical data on past projects contained in the database. Partners can integrate the tracking system with their RMA tracking system for seamless operation.

Evaluation of your customer’s storage media and data takes approximately 24 hours. Data recovery varies according to the media, the degree of difficulty with the media and any problems associated with the physical recovery of the data performed in CBL’s Class 100 clean rooms.
