Once your media is received at our state of the art data recovery lab, it is immediately taken through a free, non-intrusive evaluation to determine the causes of data loss.
Your customer service representative will promptly notify you of the evaluation results and send you a written quotation indicating the next steps of your data recovery service before you incur any charges.

Timeframe: With the Standard Free Evaluation is completed in a period of 24 to 48 hours and with the Rush Evaluation is completed in just 2 hours.
Upon your approval, our trained engineers will begin work to recover your data. All of our data recovery projects are performed in a fully secured laboratory environment.
Furthermore, data recovery for hard drives suffering from physical damage will be performed in a Class 100 static-free cleanroom facility to ensure maximum drive efficiency.

Once your data is successfully recovered, it is taken through a strict quality control procedure. This process will ensure that our data recovery team has recovered the necessary target files that you have identified as the most important.
The quality control team will also test additional file folders to ensure your recovered data is in a useable condition. File List will be provided to customer: folders and file names and size of the recovered data in a file root structure format.
Once our quality control team has verified the authenticity of your recovered data, we will then properly package and return the data to you.
Your data will be returned to you on the media of your choice. In most cases CDs will be utilized, however we do offer various destination media options for a nominal fee should you require it. In some cases, we can send data back online via FTP transfer. This allows you to download data from our servers quickly and securely.

External Hard Drives, USB Flash Drives, Online Delivery Via FTP, CBL Cloud Service.
